Look ahead: This coming Sunday, we will begin a series considering what Christ accomplished by his death, beginning with how Jesus' death absorbed God's wrath. Read Romans 3:25 together.

Ask: Do you know what propitiation means? Explain this to your family. How was Jesus able to make propitiation for our sins by his death?

Pray: Praise God that "there is therefore now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus."
